A licensed Realtor® since 2003, Elaine comes to us with a background in both residential and commercial real estate. Focused on building strong client relationships, you can count on Elaine to provide responsive thorough service. Joining Winkelmann in 2010 she has earned her WRS (World Relocation Specialist) designation, and passed her exam for RCC (Relocation Certified Coordinator), and will begin to use that designation after attending the LeadingRE Fall Conference in September 2010. In addition she has earned the National Association of Realtors® SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) certification, and ATHWD (At Home With Diversity) certification, as well as ICREA’s (International Consortium of Real Estate Associations) TRC (Transnational Relocation Certified) designation. Elaine is currently studying for her GRI.
