Winkelmann, SCRP, CEO
Gloria Winkelmann is CEO of Winkelmann Realty. She has been a realtor for over 35 years in New York, Massachusetts and California. She has served as a State Director of the California Association of Realtors, a trade association with close to 100,000 members, and has also served on their Executive Committee.
Gloria is currently on the Board of Directors of the Employment Relocation Council's (ERC) Coalition and on the ERC's Public Policy Committee. She was a founder and is currently Vice President of the Southern California Relocation Council. She has owned a mortgage banking firm and an insurance company, as well as a multiple office real estate franchise in Northern California. Gloria is also a frequent speaker at ERCs, regional relocation groups, corporations and lending institutions around the country, and she was a principal contributing author of two books: Relocation Appraisal Guidebook and A Guide To Employee Relocation and Relocation Development.
Gloria is recognized as a leader in organized real estate. She was the first realtor in the nation to receive two Senior Certified Relocation Professional designations. She has received the President's Award and two Distinguished Service Awards from the ERC, and she was inducted into the ERC's Hall of Leaders in 1995.
In March of 1997 Winkelmann Realty was named Business of the Year and in June of 1997 Gloria Winkelmann was named Woman of the Year.
