Karen comes to Winkelmann Realty with a corporate background in product development and administration; most recently from one of the largest vendors to the housing and building industry. Karen serves our clients with the utmost care and concern. Karen is the main point of contact for many of our third party relocation companies, building relationships founded on trust and integrity.
Karen is a remarkable manager boasting unparalleled skills to make our clients feel at ease at all times. She also supervises our Accounts Receivable billing files for our REO listings; maintaining a system which creates smooth transaction for our lenders. Karen recently received her RCC (Relocation Certified Coordinator) designation during the regional Leading Real Estate Companies of the World conference in San Diego.
