Linda Hawkins, SCRP, GMS is President of WINKELMANN REALTY. She is responsible for general operations, continuing education and real estate & relocation training for their offices in Orange County, Los Angeles and San Bernardino County, CA.
She is a licensed broker and has been a REALTOR in California for over 25 years. She received her Certified Relocation Professional Designation in 1990 and her REOMAC designation in 1996. In 2004, Linda was awarded the Global Mobility Specialist and in 2007 received her SCRP Distinguished Service Award.
She is honored to be a Past President of the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Southern California Relocation Council and a member of Bay Area Professionals in Relocation Management, Relocation Director's Council and REOMAC. Linda has served on numerous committees including the Worldwide ERC, and the Workforce Mobility Association.
Linda relocated in 1978 to Southern California after having lived in London, England for two years and many cities on the East Coast of the United States.
Linda has gained approval for Winkelmann Realty as a Minority Woman Owned Business.
Through Linda's efforts, Winkelmann Realty has achieved impressive results in serving the relocation and REO industry.
