Assistant Vice President, Jona Lee, assists in the day-to-day operations of Winkelmann Realty, and has the responsibility of overseeing business development and training for Winkelmann Realty’s REO Department.
Prior to joining Winkelmann Realty, Jona attended Fullerton College and Cal State Fullerton University. Starting her real estate career in escrow, she worked heavily within the industry honing her skills in organization and attention to detail. Customer service as her main emphasis, it has proven to be the ability most beneficial in her industry transition.
Receiving her real estate license in August of 2005, she has been involved in the relocation industry for seven years, acting as a Relocation Coordinator. Her career has been highlighted by her facility to successfully combine her extensive knowledge of real estate, relocation, marketing and technology.
Largely responsible for third party relocation management companies and corporate client management, she conducts ongoing relocation training for new agents. Committed to the relocation industry’s best practices and standards, she has earned her Certified as Relo® Coordinator and World Relocation Specialist Designations. Jona is a member of Worldwide ERC®, Southern California Relocation Council and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and is currently studying for her CRP exam.
