Paula joined Winkelmann Realty in 2003, with a great interest in the Real Estate Industry. Rejoining the workforce after being a stay at home parent for eight years, she was searching for a local company with a heart. Finding the perfect fit in Winkelmann Realty, she started off in the Relocation Department. Having relocated from the east coast some years back, Paula was well suited to work with transferees, and easily related to the transitions and emotional challenges that occur with such moves.
With a strong background in corporate sales and accounting, she has acquired the additional responsibility of accounting and vendor management. She continually helps the company meet and exceed their financial goals. Her exemplary organizational skills, commitment to the highest level of efficiency in complying with company and state regulations, and attention to detail, ensure we meet the requirements of our third party clients and REO lenders.
