Gloria Winkelmann is CEO of WINKELMANN REALTY has four offices in Orange County, Los Angeles County and West San Bernardino County. The main Corporate office is located in Fullerton. She has been a REALTOR for over 35 years in New York, Massachusetts and California. She has been named REALTOR of the Year, has served as a State Director of the California Association of Realtors, a trade association with close to 100,000 members, as well as on their Executive Committee and is recognized as a leader in organized real estate.

At various times in her career, Gloria owned a mortgage banking firm and an insurance company as well as a multiple office real estate franchise in Northern California. Winkelmann Realty was the first company in California to have a Realtor designated SENIOR CERTIFIED RELOCATION PROFESSIONAL, SCRP. Gloria has completed a three year term on E-R-C’s Industry Advisory Council and in 1995 was inducted into E-R-C’s Hall of Leaders. In 1997 she was the first Realtor in the 33 year history of the Employee Relocation Council of Washington DC to be named to their Board of Directors. She currently is on the Board of Directors of E-R-C’s Coalition and on the Public Policy Committee.

Gloria serves as a frequent speaker at E-R-C’s, regional relocation groups, corporations and lending institutions around the country. She was a principal contributing author of the Relocation Appraisal Guidebook, as well as A Guide To Employee Relocation and Relocation Development, published by E-R-C’s in 1993, and a recipient of their highest awards: the President’s Award and the two Distinguished Service Awards, as well as having numerous articles published in Mobility Magazine. She was the first REALTOR in the nation to received two SCRP’s - Senior Certified Relocation Professional designations. She was a founder and currently is Vice President of the Southern California Relocation Council.

In March of 1997 Winkelmann Realty was named Business of the Year and in June of 1997 Gloria Winkelmann was named Woman of the Year.

She is also a frequent contributor to the REOMAC Newsletter and Mobility Magazine.
