After being transferred numerous times in the U.S. and England, Linda Hawkins joined Winkelmann Realty in 1979. Arriving with first hand knowledge of the relocation process and with a background as an executive secretary, she immediately went to work and quickly expanded her knowledge in all areas of real estate. Linda Hawkins is President of WINKELMANN REALTY. She is responsible for general operations, continuing education and training for their four offices located in Orange County, Los Angeles County and West San Bernardino County. In addition she is Vice President and Relocation Director of the relocation/REO department. She is a licensed broker and has been a REALTOR in California for over 17 years. . She received her Certified Relocation Professional Designation in 1990 and in 1996 received her REOMAC designation. She continues to expand her knowledge by attending real estate and relocation seminars, college courses and local computer classes. At various times in her career, Linda Hawkins has been recognized for her outstanding work and leadership roles while working on committees for the Board of Realtors. These committees included Educational, Budget and Finance, Professional Standards and Bylaws. She has performed numerous educational presentations for corporations and third party companies. She is on the Board of Directors for California Pacesetters in Relocation and is a member of Bay Area Professionals in Relocation Management, Southern California Relocation Council, and Pacific West Association of Realtors Through Lindas and Glorias efforts WINKELMANN REALTY has achieved impressive results in serving the relocation and REO business.
