Since entering the real estate business in 1973, Lynne has worked for nationally recognized firms, the first being Fidelity Mortgage Investors, a construction loan REIT. Over the next eighteen years she served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for such major Southern California builders as Lifetime Homes, Centex Homes and Woodcrest Development. She has held a California broker’s license for 32 years, and been in residential sales since 1990. A Certified Relocation Professional, and an Accredited Staging Professional Realtor, Lynne offers her clients the full benefits of an experienced, successful real estate professional.
Lynne has lived and worked in many parts of Southern California, including Laguna Niguel, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, and Redlands. She has shown and/or sold property in almost every part of Orange County, and a great many parts of Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. Originally from Houston, she attended Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania as a scholarship student. Later completing studies in residential marketing at the University of California, Irvine, she served as a director on the Building Industry Association’s Sales and Marketing Council.
