As an account manager in her early career, Patty created exceptional marketing plans resulting in increased market share, revenue and client base. A member of Winkelmann’s Relocation and REO teams, she is skilled in client relations, negotiation, and market analysis. Patty has completed testing, becoming equator certified as an REO agent, as well as CSSPIFS (Certified Short Sales and Properties in Foreclosure Specialist), and CREOLAS (Certified REO Listing Agent Specialist).
Married for 27 years with 3 grown children now attending college, Patty is very family oriented. She and her husband enjoy riding Harleys and spending time with the whole family. A graduate of Downey High School in Southern California, she has attended Cerritos Community College in Norwalk, California and Saint Leo University in Newport News, Virginia.
