Steven Bailey brings over 25 years of sales experience to Winkelmann Realty. A graduate of the University of Texas, Steven’s sales experience began when he purchased a retail store in Laguna Beach, CA. After several years in the retail world he began an insurance company and has been the sole owner of Steven R. Bailey Insurance Services ever since.
Steven’s many years in the insurance industry have provided him with excellent experience in sales, marketing and management. His honesty, integrity and hard work are evident in every aspect of his business acumen. His excellent client retention rate is due to his superb customer service, excellent negotiating skills and contract experience.
Ownership of his personal residence, an office building and residential rental property has given Steven a tremendous understanding of the real estate market in and around Southern California; as well as management, marketing, and the upkeep required to have and keep profitable real estate investments.
